CSHL Genome Engineering: The CRISPR-Cas Revolution
Applications are now being accepted for the second meeting on Genome Engineering: The CRISPR-Cas Revolution being hosted at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory in Cold Spring Harbor, NY, on August 17-20, 2016. IGI Executive Director Jennifer Doudna and Co-Director Jonathan Weissman are co-organizing this event with Maria Jasin of the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. IGI Scientific Director Jacob Corn will be one of the scheduled speakers.
The specific goal for this meeting is to foster fruitful and creative interactions between researchers interested in applying these systems to genome engineering and related advances in a wide variety of organisms, together with scientists studying the basic biology of CRISPR-Cas and related bacterial defense systems.
