Doudna Lectures on Re-Writing Genomes: Discoveries to Applications

IGI Executive Director Jennifer Doudna presented this talk, “Re-Writing Genomes: Discoveries to Applications,” at the Creator Space Science Symposium: Sustainable Food Chain from Field to Table, hosted by BASF in June 2015, in Chicago, IL. In her lecture, she describes the development of CRISPR-Cas9 technology and how basic scientific research led to harnessing a bacterial enzyme as a powerful tool for genome engineering.
